APPETIZERS (KHAI VI)

1. TRADITIONAL EGGROLLS (CHẢ GIÒ) – 

(3) Ground pork, bean thread noodle, tremella mushrooms, green/white onions, pickled carrots, shallots and taro, wrapped in rice paper and fried to a golden brown.  Served on a lettuce leaf with fish vinaigrette sauce.  $5
Vegetarian Option Available.  

2. TRADITIONAL SPRING ROLLS (GỎI CUỒN) – 
(2) Green lettuce, granny smith apples, cucumber, vermicelli rice noodles, green onions, steamed shrimp and pork wrapped in rice paper and served with a Hoisin peanut dipping sauce.  $5.5

3. STEAMED SHRIMP AND PORK DUMPLINGS
(BÁNH BỘT LỌC) – 
Steamed shrimp and pork wrapped in cassava flour, topped with green onions, caramelized onions and served with a fish vinaigrette sauce.   $7
 
4. SA PA BEEF WRAP (SA PA THỊT CUỒN) –  
(4) Enoki mushrooms and mustard greens wrapped in tender house-seasoned beef filet.  Served with a house garlic soy sauce.  $8

5. HUE CREPES (BÁNH XÈO) – 
Coconut and rice batter crepes pan seared with Mung bean sprouts, steamed shrimp and seasoned pork.  Served with Romaine lettuce, mint leaves and a house vinaigrette house.   $9.5

6. STEAMED RICE NOODLE WRAPS (BÁNH ƯỚT) – 
Steamed rice sheets served with grilled pork, cured Vietnamese deli cuts, fried onions, peanuts and herbs with a fish vinaigrette sauce. This is made fresh to order every day so there is a limited supply.    $10.95

A traditional soup that is popularly known as “wonton” soup.  A result of Chinese colonialism, this soup has been a staple Vietnamese dish for hundreds of years.  Pork and shrimp dumplings, green onions and cilantro, served in a chicken broth.   $7.5

17. VIETNAMESE BEEF STEW (BÀNH MÍ BÓ KHO) – 
A product of French occupation in the late 1800s, this dish is wildly popular and is a staple dish in Vietnam.  Beef chucks in a heavy broth, carrots, jalepeño, star anise, cinnamon and green onions.  Served with a lightly toasted French baguette.   $11.5

TRADITIONAL VIETNAMESE NOODLE SOUP // PHỞ

This famous Vietnamese dish has been adopted by many communities around the world and made their own.  At LPP we remain committed to creating traditional Vietnamese Pho.  There are 5 different broths; beef, pork, chicken, seafood and yes, finally, a 100% vegetarian option.  Our broths are cooked for over two days and express South Vietnamese themes that result in a lighter, sweeter broth that allows you to fully explore all the tones and flavors of the complimenting ingredients.  Each bowl is garnished with a healthy amount of bean sprouts, Asian basil, seasonal fresh herbs, lime, jalapeño, green onions and shallots.  All of our PHỞ is Gluten Free.
